What is best time to visit Dharamsala?

I would like to visit Dharamsala next year and I heard Dharamsala has long monsoon season. Can anybody tell me which season is best to visit Dharamsala.

The best season to visit Dharamsala is either in month of March-June or Sept. to Dec. Usually rainy season begins in end of Jun and continue until sept. So , if you visit in between March to June the weather will be little warmer and there will lot of Tibetan ceremony to see, like annual teaching by His holiness the Dalai Lama, Tibetan new year etc.

There are many places to visit in Dharamsala and to enhance the pleasure of spending vacations you must visit Dharamsala  in its tourist season which is from March to June and from September to October. As far as the clothing is concerned, cotton would be the best in summer and heavy woolens would just be fine for the winters.
